HOW TO GET MODELS IN 2026

I was answering to a guy that just started OFM, so I thought I'd share with you as well He said people told him that models from marketplaces aren't the best to work with because they just move from agency to agency I don't think it's true. Before you find one good model, you're gonna have to go through different models regardless It doesn't matter if you get them through referrals or marketplaces It's like getting a girlfriend. You don't just date one girl and she's perfect, you need to go through different girls before you find the good one And tbh, newbies don't have many other options besides this ---- WHAT IF YOU'RE A BEGINNER? Getting a good model when you're a beginner is hard because you don't have many options If you wanted to get models the way marketplaces do, you'd need to run ads Which costs a ton of money, and you'd need to know how to run ads properly, which is extremely difficult ---- METHOD 1: OUTREACH (BEGINNERS) Step 1: Set Up IG Account - Set up a personal account on Instagram (agency account is shit) - You need a few nice pictures and highlights that shows you travel the world, have a little bit of money, etc. Nowadays with AI, you can even fake it pretty easily - Don't buy followers; it's 2026, everybody knows and it's cringe af Step 2: Find the Target -> Outreach - If you're a newbie, you don't have the experience yet to approach a model who's already experienced and get her results - Find some low-earning OF models on onlyfinder.com or similars, someone who just started. Find their IG, go through their following list - followers to find other newbie creators - Be clear and honest with her. Don't pretend you're some expert or send fake screenshots showing 10k/month earnings - Tell her something like: "Look, I've been doing coaching with this guy / I just invested $2k in this course / etc" -> "We can build up your account together from scratch. We'll create a secondary OF account and I'll only manage that one, you have nothing to lose" Final Tips You need to be able to speak to people (especially girls) and know how to convince them. It's kinda similar to dating tbh And your IG needs to ensure her that you're not some weirdo in his mom's basement, that is gonna jerk off to her content 🤣 ---- METHOD 2: REFERRALS (ADVANCED) In my opinion, the best way to get leads is through referrals. If you already have models, tell them you'll give them a flat fee or a percentage of the earnings for the first 3 months, if they refer other models to you You can only do this if: 1. You already have models 2. They're satisfied with your management You do a good job, model is happy -> she refers a friend -> rinse and repeat ---- METHOD 3: PERSONAL BRAND (ADVANCED) It takes time. You need to have results, knowledge, and you gotta put yourself out there on YouTube and other platforms You get some inbound leads, build authority in the space and models will trust your competence more -> you close more models ---- Obviously there so many other methods, these are just my personal favorites
