A rule I stand by is — being in a position of power

A friend of mine recently asked me "bro you have money and free time, why don't you travel more?" Because I don't like traveling that much Throughout my years in BKK, I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in clubs, bars, cafés etc so I receive a certain treatment when I visit those locations Employees know me, they come to say hi, they already know my usual order etc this is super effective especially when it comes to business, dating or networking Also when you travel, you can't really do any meaningful "dating". You have no clout, connections, name in the city You'll just end up being horny, swiping on bumble and match with the local whores who fuck tourists, just wasting time with low level individuals I travel mostly to clear up my mind a bit and change environment from time to time. Living in a big ass city full time gives me brain fog after a few months, every time I come back from a trip I'm way more productive
