Good employees are problem solvers
But problem-solving is a skill, and as a business owner, it’s your job to coach them instead of expecting them to “just get it”
---
THE 1–3–1 RULE
Before anyone brings you a problem, they have to bring it in this format:
1. Define the problem clearly
2. List 3 solutions that could realistically work
3. Recommend what to do now + how to avoid this problem in the future (not only “what should I do right now?” but also “what system/process should we change so this stops happening?”)
---
EXAMPLE
Scenario: Customer is asking the model for a “verification picture” (e.g. two fingers on her forehead to prove she’s real)
Here’s how a team member should bring this to you using 1–3–1 ⬇️
1) Problem
Customer is asking for a specific verification photo to prove the model is real. We don’t have that exact pose ready.
2) Possible solutions
A) Check her Drive → send an existing selfie and present it as live
B) Tell him verification custom poses require a tip, because there are many people wasting her time with this and she's tired of it
C) Gaslight him, make fun of him and mirror his question back to him. "Lmaoo my profile is literally verified! You're the one without photos 🤔 can you send me a picture of you to verify you're a real person and not a bot? Haha"
3) Recommendation
Short term: I’d go with A or C depending on the vibe of the chat
Long term: In the future, you (Vito) should add verification poses for each model or voice notes that say something like "hey I'm actually having a facial mask now haha but I'm real! Later I will send you the picture"
