Yesterday I was feeling a bit depressed

Sometimes I just wander in my thoughts, tbh I had a tough upbringing and have lots of unresolved issues It's ok to feel "sad" once in a while. It happens. But you shouldn't just accept it, you need to get rid of that feeling asap So my cure to depression was: - fucked some bitch I really like - hard Muay Thai session + sparring - 200g of protein And it worked 😀
