I was talking to my dear friend @GNJOFM regarding mentorships, courses etc
He recently started his own, I highly recommend you check it out: https://t.me/GNJOFM/334
I'm not affiliated, I don't get nothing out of it, but John is a good friend and he helped me so much + he's a legit businessman that knows his shit

Should you buy a mentorship?
My take is, almost everybody would benefit from having a mentor. But like everything in life, it's a numbers game
Some mentorships will be shit, you'll waste money. Some will change your trajectory of life if you apply everything you've been taught
For me it's beneficial buying a mentorship when:
- You feel stuck, lost, don't know how to move forward and scale
- You're starting out as a complete newbie, you want all the infos laid down in front of you, ready to be applied. Most info is free anyways but it will take YEARS for you to find them, so you're saving lots of time this way
- You need someone to guide you. There's no shame in that, I'm this type of person myself. I'm not so arrogant to think that I know it all. If I can have access to a more experienced guy in that topic, I don't think twice, I just pay and skip the line
There's also this "stigma" attached to buying mentorships, it's such a stupid take. Smart people don't think this way. They don't think "everything is a scammmm"
At high levels, everybody is buying info. Hormozi spent $150k for a 1hr call with Grant Cardone. Jon Jones had the best coaches for every martial art, Roger Federer was always switching coaches to improve his game etc
And this is coming from someone that spent at least $30k in mentorships, courses etc I saw this with my friends as well. Friend of mine makes $100k/month with Airbnb coaching, before reaching that level he spent at least $80k on info-products
Even if the mentorship goes "bad". You wasted what 3k? 5k? In the grand scheme of things, 5k is NOTHING. When I go to the club with my friends we spend more 😅
And I actually never bought any info-product that didn't have NO VALUE at all. You'll always get something out of it. Maybe the coaching itself it's shit, but there's also a groupchat in the program and you find your next best friend or business partner there. Saw this happening multiple times

How to choose your mentor
The issue with most people selling mentorships is that they don't have your best interest at heart. It doesn't matter to them if you actually improve your business or not, it's just a quick paycheck
Tbh I turned down many mentorships requests just because of this, I couldn't help them. Maybe they was doing Reddit, stuff that I never touched in my whole life, so how could I possibly give you value?
I discussed this already: https://t.me/vitoworldd/185
If you want a mentorship, you need to want also the guy's agency structure. For example:
My agency is based mainly on paid traffic from Meta ads, semi or fully AI chatting with Substy, salary models from LATAM. And we target smaller markets like Italy and Spain. We're also working a lot on Fansly right now.
My agency is lean and it's basically a one-man business. This is the type of agency where you can realistically make 40-50k/month profit with less than 3 employees.
I treat OFM purely as a simple, quick cash-flow business because I already have other ventures beside this and I don't give a fuck about having the biggest agency in the world, because you can't exit and sell an OFM agency anyways.
It's not like I'm building the next Google or something 😅😅 but at the same time, I understand the other side as well
My friend John has a completely different type of operation and it's working wonders for him. He has extremely high quality models, an organized team structure, clean onboarding process, many employees, full focus on brand building, team management etc.
And of course he's the best at chatting in OFM (I strongly recommend his chatting guide, one of the best investments I ever made)
So his agency is more corporate, like a proper company.
