Forgot to give you guys a proper tour of the new apartment

This is what 3500$/month gets you in Bangkok’s best neighborhood Stop listening to those broke ass niggas on Instagram Reels that say nice apartments in Bangkok are $400/month. I lived in those condos when I first arrived in Thailand, they’re shit They might have some decent amenities but: 1) The rooms are extremely small, if you pay $400-500 you’ll get a 25mq room 2) Too many people live there. But most importantly, they’re ALL BROKE. Broke and weird. I’d rather pay a stupid amount of money in rent to not be anywhere near these guys, they smell like poverty 3) When the earthquake came, my condo was not affected at all. I was living in Banyan Tree (it’s an international brand that builds hotels and residences) which is top tier quality so I had no issues. But I saw other people’s condos after the earthquake ☠️ literally destroyed the rooms, ceiling falling off and shit. And the earthquake was not that strong tbh You gotta understand, these cheap commercial condos are built by sketchy Chinese companies that try to minimize the costs as much as possible, can’t trust them
