Idk if you guys noticed it or not, but most OFM groups have less and less messages every day Years ago, you'll some interesting conversations, nowadays it's just basic ass questions (where do I find models 🥹) or just straight spamming services, scams etc Most OFM gurus quit, they don't make new videos, nobody buys their coaching anymore I see many agency owners quitting, pivoting to other businesses Tbh it starts to feel like the industry is dying (for most people). 💡 I'll explain why OFM is a cash-flow business that allows you make a lot of money without experience, nor business knowledge. When I started it was so easy, even a monkey could make $10k/month Now the market is not equally shared between agencies. The pyramid is: 1) Corporate Agencies (+$150.000/month): they have influencers with 2m followers on IG, organic traffic from Reels, collaborations with their own models, SFS bla bla. These are the big guys. They hold the majority of the market. 2) Established Agencies ($50.000 - $150.000/month): my agency is in this category. Agencies that have been working on the market for a while, they're not beginners. They probably do a mix of organic, paid and blackhat. 3) Beginner Agencies ($10.000 - $50.000/month): here is where most people sits. Every day is becoming harder for the 3rd category. Blackhat is getting patched every other day, they can't go viral on IG because they most likely don't have the right set up to do so (good looking US/EU model - high quality content - good content ideas, original not copied from OFM trends), so they have no traffic In a nutshell, you'll slowly start seeing less and less of these beginner agencies. And eventually, Corporate Agencies will take that smaller market share as well. ____ My agencies are still doing fairly well, so I'll keep doing OFM until it lasts But regarding my personal brand (including this channel as well), I want to pivot to something more "serious" and scalable. I will still do OFM coaching and consulting calls if I feel like I can actually give you value.
