How many Instagram followers I’ll get from Instagram Ads?
It’s hard to estimate how many followers you’ll get because there are a ton of variables:
🔹 1. The Model’s Look (and Market Preference)
A blonde with blue eyes might crush it in Italy (high appeal, high click-through), but that same look might be considered average in the U.S. or oversaturated, so people don’t engage as much.
Different countries = different beauty standards = different conversion rates.
And obviously if your model is ugly or has a very particular niched-down branding (ebony, femdom, alt girl, trans, etc) you'll pay more to get the same followers compared to the average blonde US Nextdoor girl.
🔹 2. Targeted Country
Ad costs vary massively by region. I run ads in Italy, and I get $0.01–$0.02 per profile visit and pay around $0.20-$0.25 per follower.
In the U.S., expect significantly higher costs. More competition, higher CPMs, and more OnlyFans models running ads.
It could easily become $0.50–$0.60+ per follower in the U.S.
🔹 3. Profile Quality
If your Instagram profile doesn't look genuine, like a real girl would run it, you convert less, so you pay more.
🔹 4. Quality of the Reels You’re Boosting
If you’re boosting low-effort, bad quality content, expect poor engagement + higher cost per action.
Good content is king (as always) so it gets better results, lower costs.
Meta rewards content that keeps users on the app.
🔹 5. Time of Year / Day / Week
CPMs spike during Q4 (holidays), weekends, or high-traffic events, so you end up paying more.

⚠️ Bottom Line:
You can’t just slap a dollar value and say “$X = Y followers”. Too many variables impact the outcome.
Treat IG ads like a funnel: you’re paying for attention first (profile visits), then you optimize everything in between to convert that attention into followers and eventually OnlyFans subs.
The better your content, targeting, and profile 👉 the cheaper your results.
