So I started searching on Facebook groups, Fiverr I found this Italian guy living in Thailand, on Upwork I started training him for a week, I tought him everything I knew I put him on the account and he starts making $500-600 per shift Things are going well, so the guys assign me a second model Ugly Ukrainian girl, her house looked like my grandma's place We agreed the chatter will earn 15% commission since it's a small account When he's supposed to receive his first week of salary, the guys I'm working with tell me I'm supposed to pay him with my 35% cut I'm shocked. This is not the deal I agreed to. I'm literally doing everything, I'm working 16hrs per day, for what, earning a mere 20%? But I have no other option at the moment, so I pay the chatter, traffic was stable so I start hiring more chatters The first chatter was pretty good, the others weren't, but we still manage to hit $29.000 across these 2 models This Ukrainian model also went viral on IG, but she was too ugly and subs started to decrease One of the chatters stole the main IG account of the highest earning model, so I fired him Now we're back to 10-15 paid subs per day. The guys "were not happy" with my promotion, so they decide to cut me off and replace me with the chatter who stole the account, he'll become the new account manager So I worked countless hours, sleepless nights, build these 2 OF accounts from 0 to $29k/month and I get replaced by the same guy who scammed me? All this while I'm earning fucking 20%? Later I found out these guys were running this operation without the models knowing, so they were literally making $20k/month without doing anything, I was doing everything for them It was just a big fucking scam.
