I don't understand people saying "salary models are lazy"

Wdym lazy? If you pay her a salary, it's literally a 9 to 5 job for her. Your contract should clearly state what you expect from her (X number of scripts, X number of Reels etc) and that you've the right to not pay her weekly salary, if she doesn't deliver the content I have this term in all my model's contracts, never had an issue with model not delivering content. I only had 1 instance where she didn't complete the assigned tasks, and I didn't pay her weekly salary. From that moment on, she always delivered on time Stop being exploited
