Most agencies have bad content and wonder why they don't make money
1️⃣ Most agencies have bad content and wonder why they don't make money
You see it every day: "viral" ideas recycled for the 400th time, boring captions. They blame the algorithm, the mythical "warmup"... in reality: they just suck.
2️⃣ They rely on random VAs to edit & post content
Literally paying $3/hour to someone that doesn't understand what takes to create a trending reel, asking them to "be creative". You outsource the KEY TO YOUR ENTIRE BUSINESS to a copy-paste freelancer and then you're surprised when you don't get views?
3️⃣ YOU need to direct the content
If you're not making $50k+ PROFIT per month and you're handing off content creation, you're being delusional.
If you run Reels, content is not just "important", it IS your business.
You need to understand what quality means. Watch what top creators do and dissect why it works. If your content sucks, nothing you do after matters.
The manager, the business owner, should directly impact the creative process. VAs do admin, not vision.
🧠 What I personally do (and why it works)
Step 1: YOU decide what content your models record. Do your research. Steal hooks and ideas from people actually crushing it → add your own twist to it. Understand your model's USP.
Step 2: Have your model(s) batch-record LONG FORM videos. One hour of "raw" = weeks worth of reels. NO REPURPOSING. Only original content. If your model can't provide 20 minutes of long form footage per week, it's time to change model. Or use AI.
Step 3: YOU batch-edit those reels. Yes, business owners should not edit Reels. But if you're not making $50k profit, it's time to roll up your sleeves. If you can't create viral Reels yourself, how you gonna teach someone else?
Step 4: Schedule the content. Anyone telling you "you need to post manually" is clueless. Mosseri (Meta's HEAD) schedules his own reels, and yes, IT WORKS.
